Iyengar Yoga Therapy allows students who have back, shoulder and neck, knee, to work with an experienced teacher in a small class setting. For many people this work will improve their quality of life and may even allow healing to progress more rapidly. All levels may join one or both classes.
A regular, mindful and balanced Yoga sequence is valuable for long-term care of the body.
