When K-Lea is not building a vegetable garden she travels to teach Yoga. She is available for private classes or to substitute your Yoga classes should you need to be away from your studio. K-Lea is Iyengar certified at the Intermediate Junior Level II.

Teacher Statement:

"I teach classes for all levels from new beginners to advanced practitioners and teachers. I enjoy instructing special needs classes such as pregnancy, restorative, and back care classes. I was the founder/owner of two yoga studios in Nashville (Yoga Source and 12South Yoga) both of which are still successfully sharing the art of Yoga."
