Drop-ins welcome! All levels class designed for the whole body. We will explore physical postures and breathing techniques to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. This class will complement high-intensity gym training by providing active recovery, core conditioning, and flexibility work, ranging from slow, gentle flow to relaxing, restorative styles.
